Customers are eligible for a full refund if the unused product is returned within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds will no longer be available. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the product in undamaged and unused condition. Pre-order 

 

All pre-orders will ship on January 2, 2025, due to the New Year's holiday on January 1. Please allow up to 5 extra days for your order to be processed and shipped, as high order volume may cause delays. If this occurs, our Customer Care Team will notify you via email with shipment, tracking, and delivery updates.

 

Retail 

 

Customers who place orders after the launch date of December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM will have their orders shipped approximately two weeks after all pre-order books have been dispatched.After this period, orders will be shipped as follows:

• Same Day: Orders placed before 3:00 PM
• Next Day: Orders placed after 3:00 PM
